The Future of Bone Health, In Your Hands

Portable, radiation-free solutions that make bone and body composition assessments faster, safer, and more accessible than ever before.

Bone density and body composition play a critical role in patient health, yet traditional DXA systems remain limited.

They’re also costly, immobile, and restricted in use.

Don't Just take our word for it

EchoStation

The only radiation-free solution for assessing the bone density and quality of lumbar spine and femoral neck through a quick ultrasound-guided scan for prevention, early diagnosis and monitoring of osteoporosis.

A full-featured bone densitometry system ideal for hospitals and outpatient clinics. Includes main ultrasound/RF device, cart, PC, and transducer.

EchoS Plus

A portable, ultrasound-based device that enables fast, point-of-care bone density and body composition scans. It is an ultra-compact version that simply connects the main unit to a laptop via USB cable, allowing for convenient diagnosis wherever needed.

Ideal for mobile care or practices with limited space. Includes all features of the EchoStation in a smaller size.

EchoHybrid Plus

Combines portability with expanded diagnostic capabilities for both bone and body composition assessments.

Ideal configuration for maximum versatility. Includes main ultrasound/RF device, cart with PC, and transducer. A hard case with built-in monitor is included for the hybrid setup, with the Ultrasound/RF device and probe being interchangeable between the two.

OsteoS BH

A compact, radiation-free device designed specifically for bone health assessments of the lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck using REMS ultrasound technology. It delivers accurate, point-of-care diagnostics for osteoporosis prevention, early detection, and monitoring.

Ideal for clinics, wellness centers, and integrative health practices that want a streamlined, cost-effective solution focused solely on bone health.

Understanding REMS Technology

Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry (REMS) is a radiation-free technology that measures bone density and quality at the lumbar spine and femur. By analyzing radiofrequency signals during a simple ultrasound scan, REMS provides detailed insight into bone density and inner bone microarchitecture.

This method offers a safer, more accurate alternative to dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and Quantitative Ultrasound (QUS), without their common limitations.

Actionable Reports & Scoring

Bone Mineral Density

Evaluation of Bone Mineral Density at the lumbar vertebrae (L1-L4) and the femoral neck providing all common parameters of the diagnosis of osteoporosis: BMD (g/cm2), T-scores, Z-Score.
